Melissa BradshawMelissa Bradshaw, McCarthy Talent Management. Melissa Bradshaw is a director of McCarthy Talent Management. She enjoys traveling around the country developing talent for the International Talent Showcase. As a former dancer and dance instructor she has performed on stage and competed in many forms of dance, including tap, jazz, ballet and lyrical. Melissa is a licensed esthetician and loves to share her knowledge in skin care as well as the importance of nutrition, exercise and a healthy body. Melissa has experience working as a promotional model in the local markets of Providence, Rhode Island and Boston, Massachusetts.

Cathy KingCathleen King, McCarthy Talent Management. Cathy has worked as the Agency Director of Rhode Island Modeling Agency since the company’s beginning. Guiding and teaching new talent with the basics of the industry to managing accomplished actors and models, her resume is always evolving. She has a long history with the business of modeling, starting as a teenager working the local markets in print and on the runways. Cathy worked as an “in house” model for Polaroid, before interning there as a photographers’ assistant, gaining new perspective from behind the camera. Her favorite job is coordinating high-energy fashions shows with local models and designers. Fashion-conscious and outspoken, Cathy is always ready to offer a personal critique, so be sure you want an honest answer before you ask!

Lynn SeibelLynn Seibel, McCarthy Talent Management. Lynn has had experience as a professional actor in Hollywood and as a professional educator in the Midwest. Lynn has appeared in nearly 60 film and television roles, and has worked with some of the best actors and directors in the business.
A sample of Lynn’s television and film credits include: Murder She Wrote, Knots Landing, Highway to Heaven, Little House on the Prarie, Fame, Dallas, The Incredible Hulk, General Hospital, The Young and The Restless, Days of Our Lives, Mighty Ducks 3, Cheech and Chong’s Next Movie, The Embrace of the Vampire.

Jon Michael MurphyJon Michael Murphy, McCarthy Talent Management. Jon Michael Murphy is an award-winning stage director and acting coach living in New York City. Born in Philadelphia, Jon received his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and his first master’s degree from Villanova University. After teaching and directing for a few years, Jon received his MFA in Directing from Rutgers University. While at Rutgers, he studied acting and directing with Hal Scott, Pam Berlin, Amy Saltz, William Esper and Lloyd Richards. Recently, Jon has worked and continued his studies with Alice Spivak (author of How to Rehearse When There Is No Rehearsal).

The director of more than 70 successful productions, Jon has worked with such theatre groups as: Pennsylvania Centre Stage, Toledo Rep Theatre Company, George Street Playhouse's Cafe Theatre, NYC's Theatre 1050, the New York International Fringe Festival and the Obie award-winning Peculiar Works Project.

As a teacher, Jon has taught at a number of schools throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio and New Jersey. His students’ ages and experience range from pre-kindergarten to the graduate level. In New York, he offers private coaching sessions to actors working in film, television and on the stage.
